Homewood Suites by Hilton Florence in Florence, KY is seeking a dedicated Shuttle Driver to join our team. As part of our dynamic and customer-focused environment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring each guest's stay is exceptional. You will be responsible for picking up and dropping off our guests at the airport and other locations within our area. You will also assist the front desk staff with some duties related to the Night Audit. Shifts may vary but will mostly run from 12am to 10am 7 days a week. Multiple drivers will be needed. Responsibilities: • Safely deliver guests to and from the airport and other local locations • Keep shuttle clean and in proper order • Inspect shuttle each shift for damage or other issues • Report any needed repairs to the hotel GM for service • Check shuttle fluids daily and ensure the gas tank is full at end of shift • Wash shuttle weekly or as needed • Assist front desk in night audit/guest service duties which may include interacting with guests, delivering items to rooms, answering phones and other front desk related duties Qualifications: • Valid driver's license with clean driving record • Available to work nights and weekends • Experience in night audit procedures • Ability to pass a background check • Authorization to work in the US
