    JOB SUMMARY

    Do you have your Washington or Oregon real estate license and want to join an amazing team in a startup environment? Homeworthy is looking to hire a Licensed Client Advisor to join our rapidly growing team! As a Licensed Client Advisor, you will work directly with Homeworthy sellers and buyers as part of a team of licensed agents. You will help our sellers and buyers through the listing process and completion of initial offers, negotiations, and adherence to all contractual conditions so that the transaction closes without a hitch. You will gain unrivaled knowledge and training in the real estate industry, working for a disruptive technology company that does hundreds of deals with plans to be one of the largest brokerages in the state.     PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Help sellers navigate the Homeworthy process of selling their home
    • Prepare, organize, and deliver marketing materials in a timely manner
    • Help buyers and sellers navigate through the contractual obligations of the real estate transaction
    • Manage email and e-docs associated with monthly transactions
    • Ensure jaw-dropping customer service
    • Organize and manage workload in CRM

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Washington or Oregon real estate license
    • 1-3 Years experience as a licensed real estate professional
    • Real estate contract experience
    • CRM experience highly preferred (Pipedrive experience an extra plus)
    • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
    • People-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

    • Able to manage time and tasks wisely in a fast-paced start-up environment
    • Able to handle customers' concerns and issues diplomatically
    • Autonomous and requiring very little supervision to perform effectively

    COMPENSATION

    • Full-time
    • Competitive guaranteed salary base salary of $41,000 - $50,000 plus bonuses on every deal closed. 
    • Opportunity to make over $90,000 in your first year
