JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Cover and manage files from initiation to hand off to the funding team
• Ensure a high level of client service level compliant with industry guidelines and company standards
• Lead team to execute with excellence and communicate professionally with colleagues, clients, and management
• Develop and enhance current industry relationships with the focus of enhancing team efficiencies leading to higher customer satisfaction
• Create and improve strategies that will simplify the overall client experience 
• Maintain and cultivate a respectful partnership with all business lines involved in the transaction 
• Promote the goodwill of the company by maintaining positive relationships with local, state, and national civic and professional associations 
• Knowledge of all compliance-related matters of the industry 
• Maintain awareness of new governmental requirements, laws, and policy change

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-7+ years minimum experience in escrow, with demonstrated success as an escrow officer
• Resident of Texas
• Licensed Title Insurance Escrow Officer
• Active Texas Notary Public
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanor
• Must be intellectually curious with a bias towards action 
• Flexible and dependable
• Proven decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead individuals and teams and obtain results 
• Ability to present services to real estate companies in a professional manner
