Responsibilities: Create protocols for tracking diagnostic tests and repairs, acquiring necessary technical manuals, and more throughout our dealerships Ensure a straightforward repair process by clearly communicating systems issues and repairs Follow all manufacturer specifications for vehicle system repairs to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and facilitate returning business Examine all vehicle systems such as the air conditioning, engine, transmission, and brake systems with a step-by-step approach Operate diagnostic equipment to accurately determine the cause of malfunction codes with the vehicle’s integrated computer system Qualifications: Possess a high school diploma or GED Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, or ASE certification is strongly desired Must have completed a post-secondary training program in automotive service technology; associate degree a plus Compensation: $80,000 annually
