We do this by teaming with high performers to leverage our team's core competencies. The Insides Sales Representative position plays a crucial role in our success. As the first point of contact, you set the tone for the entire customer experience.

    Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities

    Maintain professional and technical knowledge about products to better represent product lines, services, and the company

    Serve customers by being the first point of contact and setting the tone for the customer experience

    Serve customers by matching quality products and services to fit their needs

    Obtain orders and establish new accounts

    Contributes to team efforts and communication

    Help resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations

    Contributes to team efforts and communication

    Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports

    Inside Sales Representative Qualifications

    Roofing experience NOT REQUIRED

    1-3 years of demonstrated sales experience with large ticket sales

    1-3 years of customer service experience

    Strong verbal communication skills

    Basic computer knowledge

    Previous call center experience is a plus

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Positive team-player attitude

    Professional problem solver

    Experience using Google Workspace (preferred)

    Willingness to reasonably commute / relocate to Terre Haute, Indiana area
