    Honest Hospitality Team is proud to announce the opening of a new upscale private dining facility in the heart of Summerlin. Our focus is on scratch cooking, executive-level cuisine, and providing an exceptional guest experience within a positive, employee-forward culture.

    ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a dedicated Stewards to join our team at Honest Hospitality. In this role, you will play a vital part in keeping our kitchen and service areas clean, organized, and running smoothly. Your responsibilities include maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across the kitchen, storage areas, and shared spaces.

    You will also support the setup and breakdown of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and special events—ensuring all equipment, supplies, and workspaces are properly prepared, stocked, and stored. Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for both our team and guests.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness

    Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

    Previous experience as a dishwasher or steward in a restaurant is preferred, but not required

    Basic understanding of kitchen sanitation, food-safety guidelines, and proper handling of cleaning chemicals

    Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate to heavy items and stand for extended periods

    Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively

    Strong teamwork skills with the ability to support cooks, stewards, and service teams as needed

    Commitment to keeping dish areas, equipment, and kitchen spaces clean, organized, and running smoothly
