Our in-house kitchen professionals are responsible for maintaining the back-of-house areas of the restaurant and for ensuring that our menu items are meeting the Honest Mary’s standards of freshness.     Responsibilities (Back of House / Cooking)- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc.)- Cook food using various utensils - Check food while cooking to stir or turn- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen- Check quality of ingredients- Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures- Rotate stock items according to established procedures- Restock kitchen for the next shift- Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end shift- Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end shift
