We are seeking a Visual Digital Designer to create engaging digital experiences that are intuitive and inspiring. You are a design fundamentalist, but approach projects with a rational and innovative mindset.

WHAT YOU WILL DO...

• Create thoughtful and consistent email, social, app, web, advertising, and visual design.
• Design materials that enhance the Honest Paws brand and the overall customer experience.
• Be a Strong conceptual, big-picture thinker and problem solver.
• Understanding of brand narrative and storytelling.

WHAT YOU NEED....

• Bachelors Degree in Design/ UX/ Cognitive Science (Human Computer Interaction)
• 2+ years of professional visual design experience. Some UX and product design helpful, but not required. You should be motivated to grow skills in this area.
• Prior experience on web/marketing design (i.e. landing pages, website design, emails, banners).
• Sense of typography and composition in relevance to a good design.
• The ability to pivot and prioritize tasks in accordance with strategy.
• Love what you do, and understand that design is larger than deliverable content.
• Experience in Visual Design, UI Design, Web Design, UX Design, Print Design
