    Job Description:

    Our design and construction company is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping our CEO accomplish goals, maintain balance, and bring their vision to life. We are looking for someone who is experienced, process-driven, and a calendar management master, with a strong track record of working with entrepreneurs or business owners.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the CEO's calendar and assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
    • Assist with project management, including creating timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring that deliverables are met on time
    • Create and maintain SOPs, documents, and other materials to ensure consistent and efficient processes
    • Assist with brand management, including content creation, media production, and event management
    • Take on ad-hoc projects as needed, such as research, data analysis, or customer outreach
    • Communicate with kindness and purpose, and collaborate effectively with the CEO and other team members
    • Outsource tasks as needed and ensure that vendors and contractors meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally working with entrepreneurs or business owners
    • Strong project management skills, with experience in creating timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring that deliverables are met on time
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with kindness and purpose
    • Proficiency in creating SOPs, documents, and other materials to ensure consistent and efficient processes
    • Experience in brand management, content creation, media production, and event management
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to take on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Experience in outsourcing tasks and working with vendors and contractors
    • Experience with calendar management and scheduling appointments and meetings
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
