ABOUT HEC MEDICAL CLINIC

HEC Medical Clinic is founded and operated under the direction of Dr. Aaries T. Oda, D.C.

A licensed Chiropractor with a background in Nuclear Engineering, who has operated in Hawaii for over 10-years, Dr. Oda, D.C. uses laser technology to assist in treating peripheral neuropathy pain, weight-loss, reverse diabetes, facelifts, Botox, Dermal filler and IV Vitamin infusion.

The clinic also conducts non-invasive pain-free Nerve and Vascular tests which is used for early detection of nerve damage and early risk for heart attack and stroke.

ABOUT THE POSITION - PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist to assist our clinic in providing exceptional care and customer service to our patients. The ideal candidate would believe in a holistic approach in obtaining a healthy life-style outside the use of medication. This is an hourly paid position.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• At least 1-2 years of customer service experience; Experience in a medical clinic and in holistic care and/or treatment a plus
• Able to comprehend verbal and written instructions as given by Dr. Oda, the Office Manager and Office Supervisor
• Able to clearly communicate in English
• Must be responsible, respectful, reliable, dependable and manage their time wisely
• Have strong problem solving skills and take the initiative to work alongside colleagues in a fast paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be available to work day, evenings, holidays and Saturdays

The ideal candidate will need to meet the following physical requirements:

• Must be able to constantly sit and stand for the entire duration of their shift
• Lift, push and pull 25+ lbs.
• Must physically assist patients with disabilities (i.e., with assistive devices such wheelchairs, canes and walkers)

Clinic hour is 9am-6pm. Monday-Friday. Saturday 9-2.
