HonorBuilt is an IT services company specializing in restaurants and other multi-location businesses. Services include technology roll-outs, hot spare programs, on demand site visits, technology certified help desk, and corporate IT support.  We service national brands like Chick-fil-A, Burger King, Popeye's, and Shane's as well as dozens of smaller local clients. We need talented build technicians with an excellent attention to detail who want to learn and advance their careers.  The role is to provide hot spare build support to our national restaurant chains and their franchisees.  Daily you will have to balance a high volume of hot spare build requests as well as maintaining an ongoing load of project work.  Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service by delivering business critical hardware on the first contact so our customers can get back to do doing what they do best… serve their customers!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow documentation for deploying images to various types of hardware for our customer base.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware issues for various PC makes and models using manufacturers' diagnostic programs.
• Replacing internal PC parts through manufacturer warranty programs.
• Testing hardware configurations to ensure compatibility with customer software.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of software issues deployed to hardware.
• Communication with our customers and other internal departments is critical - keeping them informed of build progress for hot spare requests as well as project work.
