(HDJ), a National Best & Brightest Companies, is a growing Architectural and Engineering firm, with an immediate opportunity for a talented Graduate of Architecture to work on a variety of projects throughout the country. HDJ is a Michigan based firm with production offices in Muskegon and Grand Rapids, as well as a production office in Phoenix, and with satellite offices in Chicago, Indianapolis, and Cleveland. This position can be based out of any one of our production offices – either in Western Michigan or in Phoenix.You will be responsible for assisting the project team efforts for effective execution of project design and the delivery of construction documents. You will participate in documentation and clarification efforts, as well as submittal review and site observation during bidding and construction. Qualifications include:Bachelor’s degree or Masters’ degree in ArchitectureDesire to achieve licensure preferredKnowledge commensurate with experience in all phases of design, from schematic design through construction administration and close-outKnowledge commensurate with experience of construction codes and agency complianceBasic knowledge and experience with coordinating work with engineering disciplines.
