We are looking for a Production Painter to join our manufacturing team.
What You'll Do
As a member of the manufacturing team, the production painter is responsible for preparing and applying paint to metal and other surfaces, using spray equipment.
Prepare and paint multiple parts and finished products, meeting a high-quality standard
Inspect parts prior to painting for proper surface preparation
Properly mix paint and industrial coatings
Appropriately prepare for painting by masking and positioning parts and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Safely operate and maintain spray and mixing equipment
Maintain a safe and clean work environment including spray booths
Complete and maintain all required paperwork and documentation
Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
This role will keep you thinking and moving!
Prior production painting experience a plus
Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) needed for the position
Ability to drive a forklift (training available)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and stand for multiple hours
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and dependable, with safe working habits
