    Hoosier Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is looking to fill the position of a full-time HVAC Service Technician to provide outstanding customer service while preforming quality residential and light commercial service in the greater Concord, North Carolina and Charlotte, North Carolina area.

    Our HVAC Technicians are committed to performing residential and light commercial service repairs, equipment maintenance, and replacements for our customers as needed, 24/7. Hardworking and integrity driven, our technicians make timely manner, maintain their equipment to the highest standards, and build trusting relationships with our clients.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2 to 4 years’ experience Universal EPA Certification
    • NATE Certified - (preferred not required) Valid Driver’s License/Insurable driving record
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in reading schematics
    • Knowledge and understanding of the principles of heating and air conditioning Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays - if needed
    • Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
    • A criminal background check, motor vehicle report and drug screen will be conducted on all applicants’ position, before they can begin work
    • Hard-working, dependable, and motivated

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide the highest level of technical ability, quality, value, and integrity to our customers Install ventilation, and air conditioning systems
    • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance
    • Respond to emergency maintenance requests
    • Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems Maintain good working order of company vehicle and equipment
    • Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
    • Travel to job sites in service area and work with dispatcher to ensure schedule is maintained and delays communicated to customer
    • Document details of services and parts provided to customers Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
