As a filmmaker for Hope City, you will create works that inspire and inform audiences to grow in their personal faith.

General Responsibilities

• You'll concept, pitch, script, shoot, and edit videos as needed that directly impact our social media and in-service elements.
• You'll produce a variety of videos including promotional pieces for social media and fast-moving pieces that suit our church services.
• You'll manage the technical aspects of a video set including professional handling of cameras, confidently rigging lighting, and designing sets in pre-production.
• You'll manage post-production video editing processes

Job Must-Have

• 5+ years of professional filmmaking experience
• Proven experience in video production (shooting & editing w/ Adobe Premiere and/or Final Cut Pro)
• Examples of work available online
• On-set experience
• Energetic, and know how to have fun
• Willingness to learn, grow in skill set, and remain flexible
• Vibrant relationship with Jesus

Job Nice-To-Have

• Familiarity and/or experience with Hope City
• Previous experience working for a church/non-profit
• Bachelors Degree in related field
