WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
THIS JOB CAN BE PERFORMED REMOTELY, BUT WILL OCCASIONAL REQUIRE IN-PERSON VISITS TO OUR BREWERY IN BOULDER, CO
Summary of the role:
We are seeking an energetic, focused, passionate professional to join our Marketing Team to assist with and execute core business processes in a demanding, ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful, self-starter, who has an ability to think outside the box, all while sincerely having our customers’ best interests at heart.
Day to Day
Serve as a critical liaison between our customers and internal staff.
Develop and Nurture relationships with our customers through Phone, Email and Online Chat.
Calmly serve all customers, open and resolve customer issues quickly and to completion.
Assure high customer satisfaction.
Identify improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and service to customers.
Construct and report monthly data on customer metrics
Attributes we are looking for
Strong technical aptitude, experience in Google Apps, MS Office, CRM applications; proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
Creative, resourceful, process-focused, detail-oriented, efficiency-driven
Able to plan, prioritize, and execute various tasks in a busy environment with many interruptions.
Strong alignment with Company Values

Hoplark HopTea is nationwide at all Whole Foods stores and canbe found in Target, Publix, King Soopers, and is continuing to expand.
