Horizon America Staffing is a privately owned, Minority Business Enterprise, Light industrial staffing firm. We are the “go-to” staffing company for light industrial and manufacturing companies in Southern and Central New Jersey, Philadelphia, Central Florida and Lafayette Indiana.

We are rapidly growing and expanding and are adding to our Recruitment Team in Willingboro NJ!!

We are looking for someone who is fill of energy, an expert multitasker, with a proven track record of recruiting and sourcing at a high volume, preferably in a staffing agency or warehouse setting.

The general skill sets this recruiter will be working on are:

Forklift, Machine Operators, Line leaders, Automotive Assembly line, and a variety of production roles to support our many food and beverage clients.

The right candidate will be results driven and an "outside of the box' thinker when it comes to sourcing candidates.
