This new and exciting position will be responsible for identifying new business GROWTH within an assigned territory. The Major Account Executive will be required to sell Industrial Roll-off dumpsters to general contractors, builders, and companies alike that generate construction and demolition waste. This position requires an individual with a determined and competitive mindset who is willing to visit numerous locations throughout the day, utilize phone skills for required call blocks, and provide knowledgeable responses to industry specific questions.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell Industrial Roll-off services to new and existing customers
- Utilizes Salesforce on a daily basis, documents all activities, and present detailed pipelines to management as required
- Preparing proposals, weekly call reports and cold calling new and existing customers.
- Weekly Call Blocks
- Reach agreed upon sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Qualifications:
- Previous recycling and waste experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Must be able to effectively manage a large sales territory
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
