    Horizon Limousine is a concierge level boutique corporate transportation company offering chauffeured services worldwide, providing the highest level of professional customer service. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional service to our clients.

    Location: Remote (hiring Arizona/ Nevada based employees ONLY)

    Shift: Fri & Sat 1300-2300, Sun & Mon 2200-0800 PST

    Starting rate: $20 per hour, DOE

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for daily dispatching of global reservations.

    Verify that all local and worldwide chauffeurs arrive early to guarantee clients are picked up on time.

    Responsible for knowing the location of chauffeurs at all times while dispatching.

    Communicate with chauffeurs prior to pickup to reconfirm details of each job.

    Keep dispatch screen updated and coded accurately.

    Track incoming commercial and private flights; notify affiliates and drivers of any early arrivals, delays, or cancellations.

    Promptly communicate all changes and details with chauffeurs, affiliates, coworkers, and any other appropriate bookers or clients.

    Interact with team members, managers, clients, and chauffeurs to ensure accommodation of and/ or special requests pertaining to certain jobs.

    Take all customer calls that include reservations, changes, quotes, or cancellations.

    Handle customer complaints immediately, courteously, and efficiently.

    Communicate in a professional manner at all times via email, phone, and text.

    Obtain all required information to fulfill the client’s transportation needs and enter that information correctly into the LimoAnywhere system.

    Responsible for answering incoming calls, email requests, and online booking requests for service from clients.

    Accurately input reservation request and/or any necessary changes in a timely manner.

    Build relationships with clients by becoming knowledgeable about their account, special needs, and particular preferences.

    Responsible for continuously monitoring all incoming reservation channels (phone, email, online bookings) and answering all inquiries about the company, service, rates, and travel time promptly and professionally.

    Handle reservations for affiliate work and farms orders to affiliate network as needed.

    Identify and resolve any problems with incoming orders. Escalate as needed.

    Proactively and professionally handle customer service complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.

    Accurately help build client profiles and accounts by informing accounting of new account information obtained from client calls.

    Keeping up to date on Horizon Limousine's products, services, policies and procedures.

    Responsible for checking all work at the end of shift.

    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    High level Customer Service experience a must.

    Must have superb attention to detail and time management skills.

    Must possess the ability to work independently.

    Excellent professional communication skills (both written and verbal).

    Ability to multitask and possess excellent follow through on all tasks.

    Positive attitude with a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm.

    Strong desire to succeed, coupled with resiliency and determination.

    Willingness to listen and learn from others about Horizon's strategies, goals, and opportunities.

    Reservations experience preferred

    Dispatch experience strongly preferred

    Experience with dispatch software preferred, especially LimoAnywhere
