We are looking for reliable, happy, self-motivated individuals to join our Outbound Call Center family! We need individuals that can commit to come to work EVERY SINGLE DAY. As we expand, we have more growth opportunities opening up with many directions our Marketing Reps can take beyond this position (ex. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Set appointments for our Outside Sales Representatives who represent us all over the United States
• Interact with business owners and other decision-makers over the phone
• Make 300-350 phone calls a day via our dialer system
• Hit weekly quota of setting 15 appointments a week, which is a breeze! Top reps regularly set 25+
• Help Horizon Payments continue to grow and succeed in a fun, inclusive, and all-around phenomenal environment located on the grounds of a United States historical site, at Fort Vancouver!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic written and verbal communication
• Reliable transportation to and from our office with top-notch attendance. Those with attendance issues need not apply
• Self-driven, upbeat, excited, and a desire to succeed with a fantastic team!

THE TECHNICAL STUFF:

Full time, Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM. Guaranteed 40 hours per week!

One unpaid 60 minute lunch, 2 paid 10 minute breaks.

Starting pay is $18 per hour plus daily cash bonuses offered as well as weekly bonuses for the number of appointments set. Additionally, bonus pay for each appointment-turned-sale! Top reps. are making $23+ per hour!
