    Astoria-based Real Estate Broker is seeking a full-time executive assistant/transaction coordinator. This position is for an organized, self-starter who pays close attention to detail and can see tasks through to completion. This is a full-time, in-person, salaried position and includes benefits including paid time off and healthcare reimbursement for eligible employees. Call 718-635-9327 to leave a short voicemail introducing yourself and describing in a few sentences why you feel you would be a good fit for the position.   Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • create and maintain systems that track and manage the production of the broker and team • coordinate marketing mailings, social media, and emails • Organizing open houses, viewings and corresponding with clients and colleagues • Learning and using technology and online apps that we use in our business including, but not limited to, transaction management, digital signature, graphic design applications. • Assisting with Co-op Board Packages • Attending field appointments including viewings, appraisals, photography sessions, and open houses. • Maintain an organized file system both online and and in office space. • Attending events such as client appreciation events and other office events. Qualifications: • Highly organized • Keen attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask • Be coachable Compensation: $41,600 - $45,000 yearly
