We’re in search of a hard-working team player to join us as a landscaper. You’ll follow the crew leader to perform lawn care and maintenance duties for our customers including mowing, fertilizing, mulching, edging, raking, pruning, and any additional landscaping tasks. Responsibilities: Assist your team with customers’ landscape design, landscape construction, landscape installation, and landscape maintenance Apply pesticide as needed for weed control Offer clients recommendations to maintain their landscaping design after the work is complete Write daily reports of work completed Maintain flower beds with a sprinkler or irrigation system • Work with a crew leader and team installing trees, shrubs, flowers, and bulbs • Weeding and bed cleanup • Mowing, irrigation, leaf removal, mulching, trimming, and pruning • Aerate lawns and plant grass seed • Gather and remove litter • Snow removal Qualifications: Familiarity with hand tools and maintenance equipment including blowers, chain saws, edgers, rakes, clippers, hedge trimmers, and lawnmowers Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic Over 2 years of experience with residential or commercial properties as a landscaping crew member Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent Great physical health and stamina • No education or experience required. We will train you. • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. • Good attitude and hardworking • Ability to work with a team of people • Good attendance and reliable • Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, and in adverse weather • Must lift and carry up to 50 lbs - Requires physical stamina Compensation: $13 - $16 hourly
