    True Vines is seeking a detail-oriented and plant-passionate Horticultural Quality Support Specialist to help uphold the high standards that define our interiorscape and design work. You’ll work closely with our production and service teams to monitor plant quality, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing maintenance across client sites. Responsibilities: • Conduct quality checks on plant material in the onsite client locations to ensure health and presentation standards • Identify and troubleshoot plant health issues (watering, pests, lighting, nutrition) and recommend corrective actions • Support installation and service teams with plant selection, replacements, and upgrades • Monitor and maintain inventory quality, including incoming plant shipments and replacements • Assist in training team members on proper plant care techniques and quality expectations • Document and report recurring issues to improve processes and long-term plant performance Qualifications: • 1+ year experience in horticulture, landscaping, plant care, or related field preferred • Knowledge of tropical plant care and interior plant maintenance is a plus • Ability to work independently and manage a service route • Strong attention to detail and reliability • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work in indoor commercial environments • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Positive attitude and strong work ethic Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly
