Responsibilities: • • Maintain and nurture a variety of plant species to ensure optimal health and growth. • Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and address plant health issues promptly. • Collaborate with the design team to implement and enhance interiorscape projects. • Provide expert advice and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding of plant care. • Execute plant installations with precision, ensuring each setup meets our high-quality standards. • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring all necessary supplies are available for maintenance tasks. • Troubleshoot and resolve any plant-related challenges, using your expertise to find effective solutions quickly and efficiently. Qualifications: • • Experience in horticulture or a related field, with a strong understanding of plant care and maintenance. • Ability to identify and address plant health issues promptly and effectively. • Proven track record of collaborating with teams to enhance design projects and achieve shared goals. • Strong communication skills to provide expert advice and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction. • Ability to execute plant installations with precision, maintaining high-quality standards. • Experience in managing inventory levels and ensuring availability of necessary supplies. • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving plant-related challenges efficiently and effectively. Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly
