Responsibilities: • This is a residential service technician position • This is a performance-based position • Responsible to diagnose, sell and complete work • Responsible for making plumbing repairs • Water heater repairs and replacements • Tankless water heater repairs and replacements • Presenting options • Drain cleaning and jetting • Complete installations • Test work and provide quality assurance Qualifications: • Must have at least 3 years of experience as a service technician for a flat rate residential service and replacement company • Residential plumbing service knowledge • Basic boiler knowledge is a plus • Drain cleaning experience • Service Titan and iPad experience is a plus Compensation: $64,000 - $150,000
