Responsibilities: • This is a residential service technician position • Responsible for repairing furnaces, air conditioning, and heat pump systems • Setting leads for system replacements • Basic Indoor air quality knowledge • Test work and provide quality assurance • Excellent Client Service • Integrity, Transparency, and Quality • Positive attitude • This is a performance-based position • Service Titan experience a plus Qualifications: • Must have at least 3 years of experience as a lead HVAC service technician for a residential service and replacement company • Basic line voltage and low voltage electric for furnace and air conditioning • Ability to diagnose, and offer client all repair and replacement options • Refrigeration testing and charging • Must have experience with customer service • Service Titan and iPad skills are a plus • Must have experience with a flat-rate company • Clean background and insurable driving record a must Compensation: $65,500 - $135,000 yearly
