Kent Rubber Supply is on the hunt for a skilled Hose Fabricator (we call 'em Hosers!) to join our team. As a Hoser, you’ll be hands-on, assembling hoses that keep industries running smoothly. We need someone who takes pride in precision work and enjoys working with their hands.

What You’ll Do:

· Measure, cut, and assemble hoses to exact specifications.

· Crimp, test, and inspect hoses to ensure quality and safety.

· Read work orders and select the correct fittings and materials.

· Keep your workstation clean and organized and maintain equipment.

· Work closely with the team to meet customer deadlines and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience in hose assembly or a mechanical aptitude (we’ll train the right person).

· Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

· Ability to use tools and crimping equipment (we’ll show you the ropes).

· Strong work ethic and team spirit.

· Physical ability to lift and move materials.
