Hosharian Law Firm is a personal injury firm located in Burbank, CA. We are looking to hire am experienced case manager to work directly with the attorney alongside a supportive legal team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist attorney with filing of complaint
- Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists - Notice Depositions and other Hearings - Set up CourtCall and Appearance Attorneys - Organize documents for filing - Schedule IMEs, depositions, mediation and arbitration with opposing firm - Coordinate case calendar deadlines using FileVine case management software - Propound and respond to extensive discovery - Draft various Motions, Oppositions and Replies - Stay connected with clients regularly to provide cases updates and provide great customer service - Calendaring- Manage assigned personal injury cases from intake to settlement - Report claim, facilitate property damage, coordinate medical treatments - Gather evidence and establish liability - Gather medical records and bills from hospitals and doctors - Write demands for settlement - Manage Medi-Cal and Medi-Care liens
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years of case management experience - Bachelor's degree - Proficiency with Google Workspace, Dropbox, Office365, and FileVine - Professional on the phone and in person - Exceptional communication skills and customer service - Ability to work with little supervision - Organized, detail oriented and a team player - Positive and Professional attitude - Dependable and trustworthy
Salary: Based on experience to be discussed during the interview.
Job Type: Full-time. 35 - 40 hours a week
