We are a growing, patient-centered hospice provider committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care. With a strong foundation in established markets and continued expansion across the South Region, we focus on dignity, individualized care, and supporting patients and families in home, assisted living, and skilled nursing settings. Our teams emphasize clinical excellence, operational support, collaboration, and respect for every patient's journey.
We are seeking a driven, organized, and people-focused professional ready to take the next major step in their career and grow into a Hospice Administrator position at our Fort Mill, South Carolina location.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with experience in hospice, home health, healthcare operations, office management, senior administrative support, care coordination, or similar leadership support functions who understands the Fort Mill / greater Charlotte healthcare landscape and is looking to transition into a true operational leadership role.
Rather than searching only for a longtime administrator, we are open to high-potential individuals who have been deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of hospice or home health organizations and are ready for the opportunity to lead with the support, training, and mentorship needed to succeed.
If you've been waiting for the right company to bet on your growth and give you a path into administration leadership — this could be that opportunity.
