Your Role As a Hospice CNA, you'll provide hands-on personal care that enhances comfort, preserves dignity, and improves quality of life for patients in their final stages. You’ll work closely with RNs, therapists, and family members to ensure each patient receives individualized, compassionate support.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, toileting
• Supporting safe mobility: helping with ambulation and exercise
• Monitoring and documenting vital signs
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals
• Aiding in the self-administration of medication
• Changing linens and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment
• Being a reassuring presence for patients and families

What You’ll Need

• 18 years or older
• Current Arizona CNA license
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• CPR Certification (current)
• TB Clearance or ability to obtain
• U.S. citizenship or proof of legal ability to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background checks
• Bilingual or conversational Spanish is a plus!

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of an accredited CNA training program
