Clinical Director – RN

We Are Seeking A Clinical Director (RN) Committed To Providing Compassionate, High-Quality Care That Honors The Physical, Emotional, And Spiritual Needs Of Patients And Families During The End-Of-Life Journey.

• $90,000 – $110,000 Depending On Experience

Responsibilities:

• Average Case Load Of About 8 Patients
• Monday – Friday And On-Call
• Lead And Supervise The Clinical Team To Ensure High-Quality, Compassionate Care
• Oversee Patient Care Delivery, Clinical Documentation, And Regulatory Compliance
• Conduct And Participate In IDT Meetings To Coordinate Care Plans
• Serve As A Clinical Resource For Staff, Patients, And Families
• Train, Mentor, And Evaluate Nursing And Support Staff
• Ensure Accurate, Timely Documentation And Adherence To Medicare And State Guidelines
• Collaborate With Physicians And Healthcare Partners To Ensure Continuity Of Care
• Support Quality Improvement Initiatives And Assist With Audits And Surveys
• Manage Clinical Schedules And Ensure Adequate Staffing Coverage
• Address Concerns From Patients, Families, Or Staff With Professionalism

Requirements:

• Active RN License In The State Of Oklahoma
• 2+ Years Of Clinical Experience (Hospice Or Home Health Preferred)
• Prior Leadership Or Supervisory Experience
• Strong Knowledge Of Medicare Regulations And Clinical Best Practices
• Excellent Communication, Assessment, And Organizational Skills
• Proficient In EMR Systems And Documentation Standards
• Current CPR Certification
