    Hospice Clinical Manager (RN)

    We’re hiring a compassionate Hospice Clinical Manager to join a well-managed, stable hospice organization that has served patients across Pittsburgh and beyond since 2004. You’ll educate and support RN Case Managers, LPNs, CNAs, under the direction of the clinical director while assisting in the guiding of clinical operations focused on comfort care, wound management, and pain control.

    In this leadership role, you’ll coordinate hospice admissions, provide family education, and support end-of-life planning. You’ll also collaborate closely with physicians, chaplains, and social workers to ensure holistic, team-based care. This position includes participation in the on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for urgent needs and end-of-life transitions.

    Salary and Benefits:

    • $85,000 to $95,000 Depending on Experience

    Responsibilities:

    • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
    • Approximately 75% Of Time Is Spent Providing Education in Field
    • And 25% Of Time or Less Is Spent in Office Completing Administrative Tasks.
    • Oversee and Support RN Case Managers, LPNs, CNAs, and Other Care Staff
    • Manages The New Employee Orientation Program, Including Planning, Scheduling, And Getting Feedback; Completes Skills Checklists With New Hires
    • Attends and Leads Care Team Meetings (IDT) When Covering for Others or When Education Needs are Found During The Meeting

    Requirements:

    • RN Nursing License in the State of Pennsylvania
    • Valid Driver’s License with Acceptable Driving Record
    • A Minimum Of 2 Years Hospice Supervisory Experience Required.
    • Knowledge Of Hospice Regulations.
    • Ability To Problem Solve Tactfully and Strong Customer Service Skills.
    • Daily Travel to All Service Areas Including Allegheny, Beaver, Westmoreland, Washington, and some of Greene Counties
