Hospice Clinical Manager (RN)

A Hospice Clinical Manager is needed in Columbus, OH. Salary and Benefits

• Annual Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Manage daily operations of the hospice clinic and ensure quality patient care
• Maintain compliance with ACHC standards and regulations
• Lead and support staff, fostering teamwork and growth
• Develop and monitor policies, procedures, and outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
• Oversee census of ~60 patients using KanTime EMR
• Supervise a team of 4 case managers and 2 on-call nurses

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience (required)
• Previous hospice or healthcare management experience preferred
• Knowledge of ACHC standards and healthcare regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
