    Hospice Sales Recruiter (Remote)

    We are excited to partner with a leading multi-state hospice organization to recruit an experienced Sales Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional specializing in sales recruitment. This fully remote role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top hospice sales and business development talent across multiple states. The ideal candidate has a strong recruiting background with proven sales experience, including pipeline development and relationship management.

    We are seeking a self-motivated, disciplined, and organized professional who thrives in a remote environment. The ideal candidate has a professional and polished communication style, is excited to manage full-cycle recruiting, and is hands-on with candidate sourcing. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, results-driven role.

    This is a long-term career opportunity. Candidates may begin in a contract capacity with the potential to transition into a full-time W-2 position within a few months. We are looking for dedicated, high-caliber professionals who are seeking a lasting career—not a short-term assignment.

    Full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan. All necessary technology and equipment, including a laptop and complete remote setup, are provided.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base salary: $75,000–$125,000+, depending on experience and performance
    • Performance-based bonus (customized plan based on workload)
    • Benefits available for full-time employees after 60 days (medical, dental, vision)
    • 401(k) plan offered

    Schedule

    • Full-time, remote
    • Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary slightly by time zone)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the full recruitment cycle for hospice sales and account executive positions across multiple states
    • Source, screen, and present top-tier candidates
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership teams
    • Track all candidate activity and maintain organized records in the ATS
    • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer processes
    • Develop creative sourcing strategies to fill challenging roles
    • Represent the organization professionally and confidentially
    • Execute high-volume outbound sourcing to build a deep pipeline of passive sales talent.
    • Meet weekly performance indicators (KPIs) for outbound outreach and candidate presentations.

    Qualifications

    • 3–4 years of experience as a corporate or agency recruiter; sales recruitment experience required
    • Experience recruiting for sales roles, including pipeline development, client relationship management, and meeting performance targets
    • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
    • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
    • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions remotely
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, or ATS systems preferred
