Hospice Sales Recruiter (Remote)
We are excited to partner with a leading multi-state hospice organization to recruit an experienced Sales Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional specializing in sales recruitment. This fully remote role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top hospice sales and business development talent across multiple states. The ideal candidate has a strong recruiting background with proven sales experience, including pipeline development and relationship management.
We are seeking a self-motivated, disciplined, and organized professional who thrives in a remote environment. The ideal candidate has a professional and polished communication style, is excited to manage full-cycle recruiting, and is hands-on with candidate sourcing. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, results-driven role.
This is a long-term career opportunity. Candidates may begin in a contract capacity with the potential to transition into a full-time W-2 position within a few months. We are looking for dedicated, high-caliber professionals who are seeking a lasting career—not a short-term assignment.
