About the Role:
Golden Oaks Hospice, Inc. is a reputable hospice agency contracted with LA Care Healthplan to deliver compassionate, hospice services for eligible patients who are very much deserving of the benefit. We are seeking a Hospice Community Liaison, who will play a vital role in connecting with the community to promote utilization of our unmatched hospice services. This position is an outside sales position and offers a rewarding opportunity to promote hospice services while making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, and referral sources to promote utilization of our services for LA Care members.
Educate the community, patients, and families about hospice services and the benefits of end-of-life care.
Conduct outreach activities to promote Golden Oaks Hospice services within the community.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient transitions to hospice care.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, social work, marketing, or related field preferred.
Have back to back sales experience in healthcare;
Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare marketing or community outreach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships effectively.
Knowledge of hospice care principles and end-of-life issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Strong marketing skills, effectively communicate and educate.
