Mid Michigan Home Health & Hospice. is a growing home care company in Flint, MI. We are seeking a key player to join our administrative team.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain contact with client referral sources to sell/promote the use of our hospice services.
Perform all phases of sales process, including preparation and documentation of cold calls, follow-up calls, implementation and analysis of referral sources.
Maintain and nurture existing referral accounts, including follow up calls and on-site current client quality/customer service visits.
Meet with referral sources, potential clients and their families, community reps to discuss our services.
Explore untapped resources that can generate new leads in unchartered areas generating financial growth.
In conjunction with the Mid Michigan Home Health & Hospice administrative team, develop and maintain consistent presence of Mid Michigan Home Health & Hospice brand.
Be a team player who efficiently communicates with sales team and has the ability to establish relationships with all departments of Mid Michigan Home Health & Hospice.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow-up activities within service area. Data management utilizing marketing and home care data software programs.
Add to an existing database of qualified leads from referrals through face-to-face cold calls to referral providers, email, telephone and internet contact.
Prepare and present informational speeches to promote Mid Michigan Home Health & Hospice, services in particular as well as home care services, healthcare topics and resources in general.
Participate in community activities effectively establishing and maintaining our presence in these communities as a provider of home care services.
Network with other area home care providers to remain current on legislative efforts, topics in home care, home care business standards and practices.
Participate in Public Relations Strategies, business development and strategic planning.
Assist Social Media Coordinator with emphasis and continuing expansion of online presence; social media, website, blogging, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, YouTube, etc. Linking and liking to tag key influencers and maintain strong, constant, focused, online presence.

Qualifications:
Sales experience in Hospice or related field.
College degree preferred but will consider depth of experience.
Self-starter. Outgoing personality.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
Company car is available.
Computer proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Photoshop, etc.
Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and social media.
Salary - Competitive. Potential bonus incentives dependent on sales performance.
