    We are currently seeking a Director of Clinical Services to oversee and coordinate all aspects of clinical care for our hospice division. This is a key leadership role within our organization—ideal for a skilled Registered Nurse with hospice experience who is ready to guide a dedicated team and make a meaningful impact on patients and families across our community.

    About the Role: As the Director of Clinical Services, you will ensure that all patient care aligns with Medicare/Medicaid, state, and company standards. You’ll support our nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team in delivering compassionate and compliant care, while also overseeing staff development, clinical operations, and quality assurance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Coordinate all clinical services for hospice patients

    Ensure timely and accurate patient referrals and admissions

    Supervise and support the nursing team with 24/7 oversight

    Maintain open communication with staff, patients, families, and physicians

    Evaluate and support staff performance and training

    Make field visits and participate in the on-call rotation

    Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation

    Uphold patients’ rights and dignity through every stage of care

    Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations

    What We’re Looking For:

    A licensed Registered Nurse in the State of New Mexico

    At least 2 to 3 years of hospice nursing experience

    Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    Deep understanding of Medicare/Medicaid standards and hospice care ethics

    Proficiency in office technology, documentation systems, and care coordination

    CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
