    Job Description

    This Outstanding Marketing Professional, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Agency Owners, is an outgoing and thoughtful individual who works to secure patients that require our services by implementing existing marketing strategies, improving on those strategies and helping to identify new strategies.

    We utilize web-based software, offer productivity models to measure achievements, start with a good salary and unlimited bonus potential. Guaranteed support internally in fielding referrals and externally with clinical staff and management to assist. We set the stage for success. The rest is up to you!

    ** Position Functions**

    • Quickly establish rapport, credibility, and integrity with existing accounts and pending prospects
    • Develop existing relationships into steady referral sources
    • Meet monthly referral goals
    • Perpetually research territory for high-return prospects, identify decision makers and get focused face time with same
    • Effectively articulate our value as it applies uniquely to each prospective referral source
    • Maintain (and raise) the values, standards, and culture of this company at all times
    • Maintain compliance against various regulatory laws
    • Maintain and Develop business relationships with hospitals, doctors, and facilities in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex
    • Develop marketing strategies for increasing current market share
    • Create and propose business development opportunities that will benefit our company by increasing visibility in each community.

    ** Soft Skill Requirements**

    • Good communication skills, both oral and written ** .**
    • Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people from a wide range of backgrounds, ages and temperament.
    • Ability to use discretion concerning sensitive information and adhere to HIPAA.

    ** Education and Experience**

    • _ Experience in healthcare sales is required. Renal experience/knowledge is preferred, but not required._
    • Established referral relationships with hospitals and physician groups in the Dallas/Fort Worth area
    • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
    • Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications - spreadsheets, word processing
    • Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills
