Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospice services.

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals and physician offices.

Conduct community outreach to raise awareness about hospice care.

Organize and attend networking events, health fairs, and community presentations.

Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.

Create marketing materials and digital content that resonate with target audiences.

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure alignment in messaging and services.

Track and report on marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Hospice sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community outreach.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
