Position Overview

Millenia Hospice is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Community Liaison to join our growing team in the Dallas, Texas area. This is a part-time position (20hrsper week) ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about hospice care and has established relationships within the local healthcare community.

Business Development & Referral Management

Develop and strengthen referral relationships.

Identify new growth opportunities and maintain an active referral pipeline.

Community Education & Outreach

Provide education on hospice eligibility, services, and benefits to healthcare professionals and community partners.

Serve as a professional ambassador for Millenia Hospice in the Dallas market.

Compliance & Professional Standards

Ensure all marketing activities comply with Medicare guidelines and hospice Conditions of Participation.

Maintain accurate documentation of marketing activities and contacts.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years of healthcare marketing, hospice, or home health experience.

Strong understanding of hospice services and Medicare hospice eligibility.

Established relationships within the Dallas healthcare market preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (field-based role).

Preferred

Hospice, ALF, SNF, Primary Care, or Home Health marketing experience.

Demonstrated success in generating and sustaining referral growth.
