Urrly is hiring a Hospice Marketing Specialist for a fast-growing national hospice provider in Kingsville, TX.

What you'll do:

• Visit local doctors, nursing homes, and healthcare groups to build relationships.

• Find and manage referral sources to bring in new hospice patients.

• Work mostly independently, with just one required weekly team meeting.

• Quickly grow referrals to increase patient admissions (goal of 1–2 new referrals/month).

• Establish local connections within your first 90 days.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of hospice/home health marketing OR clinical hospice experience (RN, LVN/LPN, or Hospice Social Worker preferred).

• Live within 25 miles of Kingsville, TX.

• Comfortable working independently and talking to healthcare professionals daily.

• Ability to clearly communicate hospice care benefits.

• Ready to quickly improve local referral numbers.

Compensation:

• Base salary between $65K–$75K.

• Bonuses based on patient admissions ( top performers make over $100K/year ).
