    Job Description

    Overview

    We are seeking a high-performing Hospice Marketing / Business Development Representative to drive admissions and census growth throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth territory.

    This role requires direct hospice marketing experience and a demonstrated history of generating consistent monthly admissions through hospital, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, and physician relationships. This is not a blended home health role. Hospice-specific marketing experience is mandatory.

    We are targeting professionals who understand hospice eligibility, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and territory-based census strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong referral relationships within assigned DFW territory.

    • Generate consistent monthly hospice admissions aligned with established census goals.

    • Conduct in-person outreach to hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, physician offices, and case managers.

    • Educate referral partners on hospice eligibility criteria and Medicare guidelines.

    • Analyze referral trends and territory performance to identify growth opportunities.

    • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and report admissions metrics.

    • Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions of care.

    • Represent the organization professionally in community and healthcare environments.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Minimum of 2–3 years of direct hospice marketing experience.

    • Demonstrated history of generating 8–15+ hospice admissions per month.

    • Strong working knowledge of hospice eligibility and Medicare Conditions of Participation.

    • Proven ability to grow and maintain territory census.

    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

    • Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Preferred

    • Established referral relationships within DFW hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and physician networks.

    • Experience tracking production metrics within a CRM platform.

    • Strong collaboration experience with interdisciplinary hospice teams.

    Candidate Must Be Able to Provide

    • Current or most recent marketing territory.

    • Average monthly hospice admissions.

    • Primary referral sources (Hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, Physicians, etc.).

    • Explanation of individual contribution to census growth.
