    Salary: $100,000–$120,000 base + performance bonuses

    About the Client

    We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing hospice and palliative care agency with a strong foundation in clinical leadership, low turnover, and a clear focus on quality care. The team is expanding and looking for a results-driven Hospice Marketing Liaison to build and grow referral relationships—especially from hospitals and high-acuity sources.

    This role is ideal for a marketer who already has referral relationships in place and is looking for a supportive team that backs great work with great compensation.

    What You'll Do

    • Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospital case managers and healthcare professionals
    • Drive a minimum of 10 hospice admissions per month , focused on appropriate, high-acuity patients
    • Represent both hospice and palliative care services with clear, clinical communication
    • Collaborate with internal leadership and clinical teams to ensure a smooth referral process
    • Use your existing network to quickly ramp and deliver strong, consistent results

    Ideal Candidate

    • Has a strong referral network and relationships within the hospital or healthcare community
    • Consistently delivers 10+ hospice admissions per month
    • Understands hospice and palliative care criteria and documentation needs
    • Self-motivated, competitive, and ready to make a meaningful impact

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base salary: $100,000–$120,000 depending on experience
    • Bonus structure: Begins at 10 admits/month, up to $500+ per admit beyond target
