Millenia Hospice is looking for an experienced and dedicated Hospice Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered end-of-life care. If you value autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and teamwork, this is your opportunity to make a real impact every day.

What You’ll Do

Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their homes

Perform assessments, care planning, and symptom management

Educate patients and families on care, medications, and expectations

Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team (MD, SW, Chaplain, Aides)

Maintain timely and accurate documentation (24–48 hours)

What We’re Looking For

Active Texas RN license

5+ years RN experience (hospice/palliative preferred)

Strong clinical, documentation, and time-management skills

Compassionate, organized, and able to work independently

Willing to travel within the Dallas area

Preferred

Hospice experience

EMR experience (Kinnser/WellSky)

Compensation We will pay up to $90,000/year based on experience.
