Your Impact

As a Weekend Hospice RN , you will:

• Respond promptly and compassionately to patient and family needs

• Provide skilled nursing care, symptom management, and emotional support

• Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, high-quality care

• Educate and reassure patients and families through clear, empathetic communication

• Ensure continuity of care through accurate documentation and effective handoffs

What You’ll Bring

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (required)

• Minimum 1 year of hospice or home health experience required

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• A genuine passion for patient-centered, compassionate care

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
