    About the Role:

    Next Generation Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Palliative Care Caregiver to join our team in Anaheim, CA.     Responsibilities:

    Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) for hospice and palliative care patients

    Monitor and report changes in patient condition, comfort levels, and vital signs to the care team

    Administer comfort-focused care in alignment with individualized hospice care plans

    Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families throughout the end-of-life journey

    Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders as directed

    Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospice care teams including nurses, social workers, and chaplains

    Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities

    Requirements:

    Previous experience in hospice, palliative care, or a related caregiving role preferred

    Current CNA, HHA, or equivalent certification preferred

    Strong understanding of end-of-life care, comfort care, and patient dignity principles

    Compassionate, patient, and emotionally resilient demeanor

    Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license

    Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

    Strong communication skills with family.
