Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and Supervise an Interdisciplinary Team
- Assure the Continuity of High-Quality Care to Hospice Patients
- Will handle all clinical – quality/compliance/audits
- Will do ride-along with staff
- Train new hires
- Willingness To Go Out into the Field When Needed
Requirements:
- RN/BSN in the State of Texas
- 2-3 Years of Hospice or Palliative Care Experience-Preferred
- Must-Have Leadership Experience
- Proficient with Computers and Microsoft Office Suite Experience Required
- Knowledgeable of Hospice Regulations
- Good Communication Skills and Ability to Travel Independently
