We’re searching for a bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) fluent in Spanish who brings both skill and compassion to patients and families navigating the hospice journey in Southwest Tucson.

    This role is about presence—not rushing. It’s about listening, guiding, and making every visit meaningful for patients and their loved ones.

    What You’ll Do

    • Deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes

    • Manage pain and symptoms with expertise and compassion

    • Create individualized care plans with the care team

    • Communicate clearly with families and caregivers in Spanish and English , offering education and emotional support

    • Document care accurately and efficiently

    • Participate in shared on-call responsibilities to ensure continuous patient care

    What You Bring

    • Current Arizona RN license

    • At least 1 year of nursing experience (hospice/palliative care preferred)

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

    • CPR certification, valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance

    • Fluency in Spanish and English (required)

    • A compassionate presence and sound clinical judgment

    • Comfort working independently while contributing to a dedicated team
