Mi Casa Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (PRN) to join our dedicated hospice team. As a PRN Hospice RN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional end-of-life care to patients and families, providing both clinical expertise and emotional support when it matters most.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home patient visits for assessments, admissions, and symptom management

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care plans

Educate patients and families on disease progression, medications, and comfort measures

Respond to urgent patient needs and provide on-call support as needed

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with hospice regulations

Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of Texas

Minimum of one year of experience in hospice care

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid car insurance

CPR card

Strong communication and time management skills

EMR proficiency (experience with Axxess is a plus)
