Qualifications Required

• Associate degree or higher

• Hospice (2+ years)

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

  • Other EMR

  • TruChart EHR

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)

• Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)? (yes)

• Have you spoken with a Recruiter about this role (via phone or video)? (yes)

• Are you okay with the required travel for this position? (yes)

• Have you applied to or worked for AHNHealthcare@Home anytime in the last 6 months? (no)

Preferred

• Please provide your RN License number.
